Across the country TSP is partnering with other identities to correct centuries-long power imbalances across lines of gender, race, sexuality, and more. We are proud to be a part of this movement, and even prouder because our children – kids of all race and ethnicity and abilities and zip codes – are leading it. They are solving problems in their communities, empowering their friends, and defining the future of our world. We’re thrilled to be giving them the tools they need to get there. I hope you’ll join us and make sure every child has the chance to change their world – our world – for the better.
What is TSPCodeKids?
Teaching Kids to Code...Elementary School (K-5), Middle School (6-8), and High School (9-12). "TSPCodeKids" is a subsidiary of “TSP Workforce Development & Solutions” a certified Non-profit org.
Our first objective is to offer developing Life Skills to youth and teens. By doing so, we scale our programs to reach the youth and give them the chance to forge lifelong bonds so they may persist in computer science.
Our second objective is to build a supportive mentorships of peers and role models who help our students succeed in life.
Why Participate with TSPCodeKids?
Time has now passed, yet we are still seeing STEM education stats like by 2018, 2.4 million STEAM jobs will go unfilled. And others like 71% of all new jobs in STEAM are in computing, but only 8% of STEAM graduates are in Computer Science.

Our online courses also teach kids ages 8–12 and teens ages 13–18 how to build (HTML) and style (CSS) websites. The people behind CodeKids has a philosophy more nuanced than their company name. Yes, they teach kids and teenagers that code is cool, but they also show them that coding can be creative—a mode of self-expression as valid as painting, or any other trade skill set.
